| DD hammock and tarp setup |
I've been using the DD 3X3 tarp and DD Frontline hammock as my solo camping shelter for a bit over a year now.
The system packs down pretty small and light. The hammock is very comfortable for a few hours nap or overnight and has a built in skeeter net. The tarp gives good overage in an A frame layout, or can be used alone as a shelter, there are plenty of tie-outs, so you can add some hiking poles and stakes and make a number of different shelters.
